Product Description

Galvanized sheet refers to a steel sheet with a layer of zinc on the surface. Galvanizing is a commonly used economic method to prevent the surface of the steel sheet from corrosion and extend its service life. A layer of metal zinc is coated on the surface of the steel sheet. It is an effective anti-rust method.

Due to different treatment methods in the coating process, the surface state of galvanized sheets is also different, such as ordinary zinc spangles, fine zinc spangles, flat zinc spangles, no zinc spangles, and phosphating surfaces. Galvanized sheets should have a good appearance and should not have defects such as no plating, holes, cracks, or white rust.

Manufacturing Processes

Hot-dip Galvanizing Process

Immerse the steel material in molten zinc liquid. Includes Pretreatment (cleaning/degreasing), Dip plating (alloy layer formation), Cooling, and Post-treatment.

Electrogalvanizing (Cold)

Depositing zinc through electrolysis. Uses steel as cathode to reduce zinc ions into a metallic coating for a uniform and flawless finish.
